	Two upstairs bedrooms with bonus room off each.
	Upstairs family room with Cable TV & Nintendo64.

	Can accommodate up to 10 adults (1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 1 double bed). Maximum of 12 people allowed.
	Complete Kitchen includes: Range/Dishwasher/Microwave/Garbage Disposal/Coffee Maker with all pots/pans/utensils, etc.
	Washer & Dryer.
	Beautiful River Rock wood burning fireplace in living area (fire wood provided).
	HDTV& Blue Ray player in downstairs living area.
	Huge back-yard with fire-pit and large cedar deck.
	Weber Charcoal barbeque available.
	Crabbing & Clamming equipment available.
	Centrally located: 0.5 miles to Gearhart beach (around golf course) with vehicle access. 1.5 miles to Seaside Municipal Airport (56S), 2 miles south to Seaside. 12 miles south to Cannon Beach & Hay Stack Rock. 4 miles north to Cullaby Lake (water skiing or Bass fishing). 10 miles north to Hammond (Buoy 10 fishing), 12 miles north to Astoria.

NOTE: No telephone or internet services provided (thankfully)! Most major Cell phone carriers have adequate reception. No Pets Allowed.
